2. Limit of liability

The user acknowledges having read these Terms of Use and undertakes to respect them. The user of this website acknowledges that he has the necessary skills and means to access and use this website. The owners make every effort to offer users information and/or tools available and verified but cannot be held responsible for errors, a lack of availability of functionalities and/or the presence of viruses on its website. The owners cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the information published on its site. As a result, the user agrees to use this information under his sole responsibility.

3. Cookies

4. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

The website amplitude-oart.com complies with the GDPR regulations that came into force on 25 May 2018. We inform users of this site and our customers that the data is collected either to improve the user experience or to allow for request tracking or customer account management. In accordance with the GDPR, the data are collected for a maximum period of one year. The data are:

- Browsing data: browser, operating system, support type, country or location, IP address

- Processing data: name, first name, email, telephone, postal address, type of request and message.

- Customer data: order, quote, service tickets, date of connection

As such, we inform you that your personal data has never been and will never be provided to third parties, nor used for marketing purposes. All treatments and programs are managed in-house and no subcontractors are involved in our processes.

All our databases are secured and backed up daily. Access to the site is via the secure https protocol with a latest generation certificate. Your passwords are of course encrypted with being saved in our databases. You have access to all your data at any time and on request. This request must be made to the DPO at dpo@amplitude.fr and the sending of your data will be effective within a maximum of one month.

When you request the deletion of your account, your entire data is deleted, including your website data, databases and emails. We don’t keep any copies.

The XHTML code on the amplitude-oart website complies with Specification XHTML 1.0. It is tested using the W3C HTML validator. The program code meets W3C AA standards.

These standards are essential for Internet sites. They allow:

- A reading of the programming code by the technical devices of persons with disabilities.

- An error in the code may result in a partial readability of the page by this software.
